We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward return process.

Key Policy Highlights:

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
  • Return Authorization Required: To ensure your return is processed quickly and efficiently, you must first contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns shipped without an RA number on the package will be refused.
  • Like-New Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in like-new, resalable condition.

To Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Our Support Team at support@buyngoshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to ship the item.

Return Condition Guidelines: To receive a full refund or exchange, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unused & Unworn: The product must be in its original, like-new condition with no signs of wear, dirt, or damage.
  • Original Packaging: All original boxes, tags, and protective materials must be included.
  • All Parts Included: All manuals, accessories, and parts that originally came with the product must be returned.
  • Not Altered: The item must not have been modified, altered, or repaired in any way.

Shipping Your Return:

  • Recommended Carrier: For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service like UPS. Buyngoshop is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • RA Number: Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process your return once it is received at our facility.
  • Refund Method: Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit, which never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@buyngoshop.com, and we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exceptions: Returns that do not meet the above conditions (e.g., used, damaged, missing original packaging) may be subject to a partial refund or may be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
